I purchased the mobile bearing No. 9335245607 in 2003 when my address was the following: Pankaj Das SF- 5/1, Sector H LDA colony, kanpur Road Lucknow 226012. In June 2005 my address changed to : Pankaj das, B-806,Laplace Apartments, Shahnajaf road, Hazratganj, Lucknow - 226001. I continued to pay bill in time through friends still residing near my previous address as bills continued to be received at the Kanpur Road address. In October/Nov., 2005 I applied for change in my address with address proof etc. as per advise received from the Alambagh office . The bills continued being issued at the old address for another 2 to 3 months and I was told that change of address takes time. In the meantime I received calls from Reliance, Patna and another from Mumbai seeking confirmation on my new address and advising me over telephone that the new address has been accepted and the records were updated.
My agonies started thereafter.- bills were neither sent to my previous, nor to my new address. I was advised through messages on phone to pay the required amount within some quoted dates and it was as if I lost the right to receive the bills. Despite all requests to the various webworld no bills were sent to me. No office has taken my complaint seriously although all of them have sympathised with me - all have expressed helplessness over my plight - some have been kind enough to issue duplicates - others have been harsh enough to say the payment is your responsibility even if bills are not there. At one stage I was told that although my area code had been changed, the address has remained the old one and that bills received in the new area code are being sent back as the old address is not within their purview of delivery .Most recently I learnt that the address has changed but area mapping does not match , as such bills are not being sent to any address. I have been made to write applications time and again - but to no avail. Irony is that while no centre is taking interest in setting right the address issue outgoings and incomings are being disconnected promptly whenever I have taken the stand out of disgust that I will not pay till I receive my bill details. The best is , however the latest - Saturday evening, I go to your webworld to pay the mobile bill - after requesting for bill duplicate Payment is made in cash - receipt has been obtained and today evening there is a message on my mobile that outgoing calls have been discontinued. And sure it is discontinued. I ring up the webworld by another phone and they casually say - oh, ok, services will be resumed. -
This much for the mental and physical harassment of a customer whose record if You check pre address change period you will not find a single overdue/ delayed payment sample. 

Solution of your complaintsome body within the organisation has to be sensitive to the needs/ woes of the customers and find solution instead of expressing helplessness/ indifference
