My washing machine has not been carrying out the rinsing function properlysince last 2 weeks, and I am continously calling the LG centre for that. After a lot of request one of their Executive came at our place but he said that one of the part needs to be replaced, It has already been 4 days but there is no response from his side, I am literally being harrased by these people, I have already called up 20 times to their office but there is no response from there side.
Kindly look into the matter.

The only solution is that the Employees working in the customer care centre should take all problems seriously and the should not behave like the employees of a govt organization.
Well, I have no clue to this but if this problem prevails for long then I have to do something, Because I have I have spent money for it.
