Respected Sir,

I have purchased Electrolux Double Door Fridge (Frost free) of 230 litres in 2002 for Rs.14000/-(Approxmately). After functioning for some time it got out of order and I made a complaint to the company and its engineer came. He make it in proper balance by changing its setting on the floor. He told me that frost inside its fridger block the way of cooling of the lower area . He pour some Hot water in it and its frost melt down and cooling start to come in it lower side. He charged me with Rs.275/ - as visit charges.
After one and a half month it again start to show same problem. The cooling was present in the fridger but not in lower part of Fridge.This time the Timer which control the heater of fridge was out of order so the heater was not able to melt the frost and frost again block the way of cooling of lower side of fridge. The Timer was of Rs.750/ + Rs.275/- for visit charged from me . The engineer also advised me to take P.M.C. of the friged which costs me Rs.399/- a year and it covers all the maintainence i.e. visit charged + parts charges.
For the last three year I am regularly purchased P.M.C from the company and the fridge showing same type of problem time to time.Some time its cooling stops to come in lower part of fridge and some times it start to drop water in lower part of fridge.I am facing lots of problem after date I purchased it.
Few days back in month of August 2006 its Fan got out of order(It is also part of frost free functioning) and it was replaced by the company and fridge is doing work problem. Today on 4th sept. 2006 again it start to show same type of problem i.e. its cooling is not coming inside the lower part but fridger has lots of cooling. In the last visit the engineer told me that next year company will not sell me the P.M.C. because the scheme is only for first four year from date of purchase. This fridge is showing me problem from date of purchase and Ist year I spent around Rs.1375/- and after than every year I spent Rs.399/- for let the fridge in order. Every time its frost free functioning got out of order . Thus company has cheated me by selling the fridge by the name of FROST FREE .The company sell this fridge with the name of frost free but every time its frost block the way of cooling of lower portion other than fridger.After troublesome episode of 4 years I came to know the frost free function of the company is not worthwhile for me . So company should give me another fridge without frost free functioning and the balance of money I paid to company in the name of frost free technology..
The company making fool of me. Kindly look into the matter and kindly guide me to save me out of this problem

Solution of your complaintCompany should refund my money back +all the charges I have paid for the repair of refrigator.
