There was a mistake in charging in our life time incoming free call air tel connection no.9900319765 by Ms. Rangani of H.R.Telecom, Airtel connect, 3/10, H.A.S Arcade, S.M.Road, T.Dasarahalli, Jalahalli cross, Bangalore-560 057 Phone no:51178058.
Instead of Recharging for Rs.210, she Recharged wrongly for Rs.50. Then she redone for Rs210. But till today it is not updated/activated for that amount.Even after frequently visiting the shop regarding this matter no proper response from them. They informed us to wait for 45 days. But it is already more than 2 months, still no update.Please look in to the matter and do the needful.
