On 26-Aug-2006 around 6:00 PM I recived a SMS saying "Weekend Bonanza !! Dial 3030 and get 1 Latest Sizzling RING TONE Aboslutely free!!! Also win AC,CTV,Home Theater, Computer & Other Home Applications. Dial 3030 Now!"
But never they mentioned about charges, usualy they mention the call charges. So I thaout it is free and dail 3030, I got the ring tone but not for free they have deducted around Rs.12.

Then I called up Airtel customer care center, they made me to call around 5 to 6 times , the awnser I got from them is "Sorry for it next time onwords it will not happen, but the deducted charges will not be refunded".

These kind of SMS is misleading the customers.

Please get me the justice.
