I bought my Mobile telephone Model Nokia 6670 Dated: 30 August

2006, Invoice No. 2053 from Sound & Image, jail Road , Delhi.

IMEI No.- 354330005H0377 for Rs 136550/- with bill.

I got problem ... Phone started Restarted, Hangon, Switches off

automatically, Application problem, Handfree connecting voice

very slow/ Software upgrade to versionv 6.0522.0 dated

14-09-05, RH-68.
I gave my phone to Nokia care on 29 August 2006.
Jobsheet No which I receved is JSS1300068471.
Delivery Date they have specified 01 September 2006 at 16:00.

They also provided their telephone numbers:

9810983556/9811596939/9818364888 it is useless to call these

nos.. They are not going to pick up the phone. If you wants to

talk then you have to go there manually.

One more thing they provided to know the status of repain by

SMS. For this they provided the following Number: +919911115555
Type Job No and send the SMS and you will get SMS about the

status of the repair of your Job sheet.

Following are the messages i am getting:

Date: 31 August 2006 Time 23:25
Message:There has been delay in repair of the Handset. For

further details, Please call our Center Help Line Number

9810983556 on Friday after 10:30

Date: 06 September 2006 Time 13:53
Message:The Handset is under Repair. Please re-check the status

of the handset on 07th september at 16:15

Date: 07 September 2006 Time 16:23
Message:The Handset is under Repair. Please re-check the status

of the handset on 08th september at 14:30

Date: 08 September 2006 Time 16:36
Message:The Handset is under Repair. Please re-check the status

of the handset on 09th september at 15:00

Date: 09 September 2006 Time 16:48
Message:The Handset is under Repair. Please re-check the status

of the handset on 11th september at 10:30


I don not know how much time they will take to repair. Now the situation in market is No body wants to buy nokia handsets. There is worst customer support service. If you will go to nokia care center ... pleae make your schedule for free for atleast 3-4 hours. You will get your number only after 3-4 hours of waiting. Now its turn for recieving deliver. just forget it... for at least one month.In between this you have to waste lot of days to get the status from the Nokia care it self. because you are not going to get the status by phone.
What i suggest.. better buy phones from the grey market... you will save money. You do not have to stay in the cues for the long time. Better repair it from the paid service center. These are not my thoughts, these are the thoughts of the thousands with whome i met personally in the Nokia Care. Now my experience is never buy Nokia. but if you love delays in repairing for monts in Nokia care then go for NOKIA.
This is my bitter experience forever ....


 

Solution of your complaintAt least they should provide the exact date, on which you will get your handset. If it is taking long time, that means there is a very big fault,in this scenario they should replace the hand set to the new one.
