Based on the message sent from customer care on 12-Sep-2006
"Last day of your prepaid card Validity ! Recharge NOW with super value RC 350 & enjoy Rs 210 regular Talktime for 30 days .Hurry! Pl Ignore if aready recharged.."

I rechared with the same 350 rs - I Lost 174 rs Talktime ,Airtel to Airtel Dedicated Amount which i used to have balance prior to recharge,

As Airtel maintains 2 Accounts - Dedicated [Airtel to Airtel] and NonDedicated Account [General]

Nowhere in the message its mentioned about Airtel to Airtel dedicated amount ,

My complaint is that the messages should be clear- Telling the pros & cons of recharge giving Information on both amounts Dedicated and NonDedicated amount.
[ Amount that will be carry forwared/Credited if i reachare on that moment]


 

Solution of your complaintI want my Money of 174 Rs Airtel to Airtel Dedicated Amount Credited back to my Account and Message should be clearly giving information values that will be credited in both the Amounts Dedicated [Airtel to Airtel] and NonDedicated Account [General] if you recharge with that recharge coupon-
