I bought a new Nokia 3250 phone on June 1, 2006. Within a week, it started giving problem regarding Network.

I submitted it for repair to authorised service center. I submitted it Brighpoint (on Hosur Road, Bangalore). Job No : BAN0089491. They took about a month to repair it. After I got it back, within a day it again started giving problems. I submitted the phone to then again. Jobb No : BAN0008452. Now they say we can not give end date for repair!!!

I called Nokia Care center - 30303838 on 30th Aug. They called back on 4th to tell me that my phone will be repaired by 12th sep. 12th Sep has come and gone. Service center still says that they do not know when will my phone get repaired. I talked at 30303838 again. They said that they can not do anything else then forwarding my compaint to concerned department. They promised that Ill get a call back in 24 hrs. I did not.

What should I do? Should I buy a new phone as the phone which I bought does not work at all!!!?? 

Solution of your complaintGiven that same problem has been faced twice, my phone should be replaced with a new one.  
ActionI will go to consumer court.
