I have purchased this Whole computer system from the R.J Computers .The owner claims that the warranty covered by the zenith for the 1 year from the date of the purchase 12th Nov 2006. The system working fine except the CRT 15 " monitor, its giving some sort of sound and picture is not coming . I have talked to R.J. computers regarding the fault and he sent a person who inspite of taking care of customer setisfaction (me) saying that i have mishandled it. I am playing this IT stuff for more then 7 years how can i mishandle that.. Ever the system is in warrenty he needs to provide us the new one , for which he disagrees.....

I later call Zenith customer support and they say that that this monitor is not ours its of LG company and the logo outside the monitor is of the Zenith. They says that the R.J. computer is not our frenchise and we cant help anyway....

I later call R.J Computers in nehru place the guy very bluntly answers me and hangs on my face saying that we are closing the shop now.. How come this type of inhuman behaviour is accepted??

Now i m trapped in between zenith computer and R.J. Computer..... having all the bills with me.... still no service for the heavy money which i earn by the hard means.....

I request you to take this matter further and please help me out ,, and now planning to take some serious action against both the companies (R.J. Computers and Zenith) for falsely claiming to be the business bodies..  

Solution of your complaintGive me a new monitor with a written apology at once since valuable time is being lost. 
ActionLodge a FIR and court notice... that too very soon..
