We had taken a landline connection no. 9829798149 for our Jaipur office. The person incharge is Mr. Avinash Madhale, Project Officer, CEE Jaipur Office. The phone was installed and activated on 14 September 2006.
We had taken the phone especially to access internet. Till date the service have not been activated. The person from the Franchisee Mr. Bhupendra and Mr. Manoj and never gave satisfactory response and are rude on telephone. After we made repeated complaints either they stopped receiving our calls or was answered by some one else who always promised that the needful will be done in next 2-3 hours.
Moreover the instrument also stopped functioning and was taken yesterday for repairs with no specific dates for return.
We had taken the Airtel Connection hoping for better service. At CEE we have policy of only taking BSNL connection and we prevailed upon our superiors and the policy for this connection.
I regret on my decision as the service of Airtel is pathetic and the franchisee/showroom staff are dis courteous and rude. They have been only trained to give false promise and are highly unprofessional.
I made a complaint yesterday at 121 and was promised a call back in 4 hours and I am still waiting for the same after 16 hours. Also, I was told that if I want to surrender the phone, I have to give the instrument back (Which have been taken for repairs by your representative) and pay for the period for which the phone never worked.
