We purchased the mobile phone from web world at Ulhasnagar(Mumbai) on 13th Jan 2006 and on same day we found defect in the scrolling button which was not managable so we gave it to the person incharge of Web World at Ulhasnagar Mr. Mahesh and we told him we want it replaced because it was already defective but he took one and half month to replace the model saying the model is not available in stock though in other shops it was available. After such a long time after making us visit at number of times to his shop and completely making us frustrated he gave mobile and we rea lised that it was not the new piece but he got it repaired as same problem sometimes used to happen. But this is not all now in August there is problem in Display of Mobile and he says it is not covered in Warranty and we have to pay for its repairs and since more than a month we are sometimes visiting Nokia Centre at Kalyan and to web world for our complain but really there is no redressal.
Please at least tell us what shall we do further . Whether it is so that Reliance has to some extent detoroirated its services.
This is not the only problem two months before we applied for Reliance landline under some attractive scheme but the people invovled they took the whole money on the stopand diappeared and we have to keep on calling that lady Barkha at Kalyan centre. After taking the money she never use to respond, her husband use to attend the phone call and use to give some absurd reasons of her absence. and when we told her husband about complaining to the authorities some other person names Thakkar contacted us and not only that but after bothering us a lot for One week they somehow managed to issue us the phone after a month even though they initially promised us the delivery after a day.
God knows what more we are going to face after joining the family of Reliance not only that we had to face the problem of Bill payment of one additional month initially of mobile which we didnt used and after again banging our heads with call centres and web world we got it adjusted after paying it.
I specially request you to please forward my complian to Reliance and please it is my special request to Reliance that please take note of what is happening we are really loosing faith in Reliance. Previously i was the Brand Loyal and use to suggest people to purchase Reliance and i actually motivated some and they did so . But NOW ! it is in the hands of company itself.
