On 10th september i have made an easy recharge for Rs.50 from a local shop near my area it has credited for Rs.45 on th same day,but next day i.e on 11th sep evening when i saw my balance has been reduced to Rs.0 ,where my initial balance was Rs.44 in the afternoon of 11ths ep ,so regarding this issue i have posted a complaint on 12th sep ,they said it will take 24 Hrs to update the details but they failed give me the details,and i again booked the complaint on 14th they gave me the answer that i have made "some calls and SMS" thats is the reason they deducted . when i was having Rs.0 on my account how can i make a calls and after that i have recharged for Rs.50 on 13th Sep through which i made calls, and as i didnt got any proper response for my complaint i again lodged complaint on 15th ,this time what they said is they will give me the details of balance reduction in another 48Hrs so i waited for 48 hrs and again i called , again they said that details are not updated for 11th evening ,12 th ,but the details ha s been updated after 13th its seems ,so they continued to give wrong information and almost i have booked 5 complaints regarding this issue, atlast i have got a reply after almost 12days i.e on 23rd sep from one of the customer care head from airtel named "Chaitanya" that the dealer has wrongly rechrged to my account so, he has taken back the amount ,how can it be possible when i have paid the amount .ok let it be wrongly rechrged so i asked the Customer care wht to do for my amount to get back,they said go to the dealer where u rechrged and ask him to pay back the amount,when i went to him he is saying that its almost 10days i dint have any info regarding that so i m not responsible and he also abusing that what ever u want u can do .so immediately i called customer care one of the customer care executive called "Raghavendra" got connected i explained the situation about the behaviour of the dealer , and the customer care executive is also behaving like the same and he is saying that its wrongly recarged so u have to speak with the dealer we are not responsible and also he asking me the question about what to do now ?? this is not the proper way he should behave .so and after that one more customer care executive called "Preeti" got connected i again expalined her the entire situation,so she spoke to the local shop dealer , the dealer behaved in the rude manner with her also.
so there is a mistake on both the sides from the Airtel and from the dealer ,if at all Airtel have gave me the proper answer at the time when i book the complaint ,then only i would have asked with the local dealer , they took almost 12days to give me this answer .
so please take the proper action against the local dealer who behaved rudely his addresss is

so i have decided to disconnect the service and planning to go for another service provider and i also started suggesting my friends not to take Airtel connections who are planning to take new connections from airtel.
when the Airtel are not at all responding properly we have approached you for help believing that you will help us ,
