I sent a courier dated 09.09.06 from Faridabad to M/s Kero Chemicals Industry, Chaudhari Talab,Near Holika Mandir, Ban Khana , Bareilly( U.P.) through blazeflash franchise M/S Neha Enterprises , 12/4, Mathura Road, Sarai Chowk , Faridabad .

The courier had a mobile Phone & a Sim Card bearing mobile ph no: 9897311644 , issued in Bariely.I booked the courier through M/S Neha Enterprises , 12/4, Mathura Road, Sarai Chowk , Faridabad( Ph 95129-2270389), Receipt No : A 213294125

First I patiently waited for 3 days, as I presumed that there might be some genuine cause for the delay of the courier. But when, even after three days the courier didnít received the destination; I enquired from your local franchise i.e. M/S Neha Enterprises and enquired about the courier. He (Mr Dinesh Madaan C/o M/S Neha Enterprises) assured me to get back to me within six hours, but even after four days there was no communication from him, I called him several time on phone and each time he assured me of calling me back, but unfortunately there was no communication from his side. Even calling at your office numbers in Delhi was of no help.

As I there are many other courier services in the area, but I trusted only Blazeflash, and assumed that it will provide me the prompt & responsible delivery, but Blazeflash failed in all the fronts.

 

Solution of your complaintTo immediately compensate me towards the cost of Mobile model no Nokia 2100 is Rs.5800, for Sim Card bearing ph no 9897311644, Rs.1000 , towards Courier Charges Rs.30, and towards the mental agony and harassment and time & business loss Rs.10,000. so total compensation demanded is Rs. 16,830 (Rupees Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty only). 
ActionIn case blazeflash fail to compensate me & sort the matter, I am afraid that I will have to approach to them through the consumer court. I demand an immediate enquiry & the compensation to me at the earliest in this matter.
