Iím from Brazil, and Iím having a problem with a company known as YesVideo.
Months ago, I bought the Philips DVDR 615 that it is a DVD recorder. This equipment has a shareware software called YesDVD which permits to create menus on the DVDs.
So, I decided to buy it. And I paid U$ 39.90 on www.yesvideo.com by it. No problem.
However, my recorder has broken, and the Philips gave me another one. Same model. Unfortunately, the previous registration code of YesDVD doesnít work in my new recorder.
I sent an email to YesVideo asking for help.

The answer was:

ďHello Fabio,
Thank you for contacting YesVideo.
I am sorry to inform you but there is nothing we can help you with the activation code only works for the particular machine that you received the code from. Also, on our website it states there are no refunds.
If you received a new machine you will need to pay again.

So I think I got the license for use the software in any recorder, you agree, donít you?
I paid so much for it. The DVDR 615 costs about U$ 200.00. The yesDVD cost 1/5 of the value of the recorder. I think it was so expensive.
I would like to receive a registration code for my new recorder. I donít expect to pay again. Please Think about it. Help me.
